Metacity with Expocity

Yes, indeed -- I use it often and find that the slowness is all
restricted to startup and transitions between virtual desktops.

I wouldn't mind so much the slowness of the expocity mod
if it was similarly restricted, but even moving a window around
the screen is slow to start!

By the way, thanks for that port!   I like using it with no zoom
so that the desktop rotates on faces of a cube.

FWIW, I made a port of 3ddesktop... it's in the ports tree somewhere.
It's unbelievably silly but super cool. Not really the same thing, but
it also slows things down a lot.
