you installed version of pkgconfig is 0.13.0. the latest available
version is 0.15.0. 

i recommend after _every_ cvsup that you should run "pkg_version -l \<"
this shows you all you outdated ports. first should bring you system
up to date before installing a new software. that's what i'm doing.

i also recommend that you should install sysutils/portupgrade.

than you can do "portupgrade -rk pkgconfig". this command update
pkgconfig and all ports that depends on it.
