Remove the Samsung-SmartGDI-all-GS.tar.gz, and have it get re-fetched.
That worked for me.

The gstreamer problem is an FAQ, though I have never run into it.
Simply comment out the tests subdir in the parent Makefile to complete
the build. Make sure you do _not_ have NOLIBC_R defined in
/etc/make.conf as well. If you do, remove it, then rebuild/install
world.
