Error while upgrading to gnome 2.3 with marcuscvs

Hi reader,

I updated my ports files with the marcus-cvs files
(http://www.marcuscom.com:8080/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/), i ran the marcusmerge
script and executed "portupgrade -r pkgconfig".

Now i get the following error:
! devel/bonobo-activation (bonobo-activation-2.2.2,1)	(port directory error)

I think the marcusmerge script deleted the bonobo-activation ports folder
while the build needs this folder. Is this a known error?
