misc/mc/Makefile -> use USE_GNOME instead of LIB_DEPENDS

hi!

misc/mc use LIB_DEPENDS to add the dependency for glib. but
that doesn't work with gnome-2.5 because the port doesn't find
the library when it checks the dependency for glib.200.

is it save to use USE_GNOME= glib20?
i know that's not a gnome-port anymore. but i want only ask and
if the answer is yes i will send-pr a patch.

i've rebuild the port with that knob and it works at least for me.
