GNOME 2.5 TODO

Anyone that's looking to help with the GNOME 2.5 effort (besides the
usual bug reporting), should look at fixing up gstreamer-plugins to
detect libraries for its newer plug-ins.  For example, we need to add
detection code for speex and matroska/libeml.  For those not of a coding
mind, we still need some really creative screenshots for the site.
