GNOME conversion

I've just finished converting all of the ports owned by gnome@ and
myself to the new GNOME infrastructure.  That should take care of all of
the desktop plus most of the Fifth Toe with the exception of:

gtetrinet
gnomemeeting2
tsclient
streamtuner

Unless someone beats me to it, I'll submit patches to those ports'
maintainers tomorrow.
