Not sure about the cgit config.

I just noticed in my local GitHub mirror that the old notes refs was moved to commits_master_legacy. Not sure if this is the same for cgit.

    Do you mean search notes on cgit.freebsd.org? I need to check cgit's
    configuration if this is possible. I am happy to enable it if it is
    available. Please let me know if you know how to do it.
