Problems adding a new disk to my graid3.

I have the following graid3 configuration:

One of my disks are broken so I did shutdown the computer and removed
the disk. (Without running graid3 remove -n 2 data)
Now I want to add a gconcat to my raid3 until i get a new disk,
however it doesn't seem to work.
