I have finally built and tested firefox-esr-68.8.0_4,1.txz the problem is fixed

On the other hand it would be really nice to push Mozilla Firefox to remove
their totally dirty Profile Downgrade Protection that was implemented recently
and effectively prevents us from using our own data in that Open-Source
software. Sick! :-(
