Some features are disabled by default unless you're building Nightly. AV1 is
one of those, see

Try adding MOZ_OPTIONS+=--enable-av1 to Makefile.local under www/firefox,
www/firefox-esr, www/waterfox, etc. I'm surprised Firefox is able to play any
public AV1 video given its bundled libaom copy is from before bitstream format
has been finalized.
