Try doing "ldd -a ..." on a file that wants libplc4.so.1 to figure out which
library also depends on nspr. I've bumped all explicit consumers, so firefox
from pkg.freebsd.org repo works fine. If you mix packages from different repos
it depends on pkg solver to work correctly, which is outside of gecko@ control.
