This usually happens when gtk3 package isn't in sync with glib2.
Both are maintained by gnome@, so I'm not sure what gecko@ can do here.

Did you use packages from DVD before upgrade ? The above error cannot
happen if you build from ports.

Dependency solver probably decided you need it. To figure why try
$ pkg query %rn webkit-gtk3
where possible values can be
$ pkg rquery %rn webkit-gtk3
rubygem-webkit-gtk

libproxy-webkit
variety
geary
vimb-gtk3
empathy
xiphos
evolution
