upgrade thunderbird and friends

Thunderbird 38.7.1 has been released. Besides the (very short) official release
notes, the bundles lightning has been bumped to 4.0.7.1.
Attached patch touches:
- mail/thunderbird
- mail/thunderbird-i18n
- mail/linux-thunderbird
