thunderbird + ENIGMAIL=on fails to build after 1.9.1 update

So, the error wasn't transient. ;( I wonder whether to kill ENIGMAIL
option given the extension no longer builds FreeBSD binary component
thus can be installed from addons.mozilla.org.
