I've removed --disable-ffmpeg as it's prone to regress. firefox bundles
ffmpeg/libav headers from several versions for late binding instead of relying
on system-wide ffmpeg. For one, the same binary would work with ffmpeg 2.8.x
and 3.0.x without rebuilding.
