Add more utilities to nss-packages, minor improvements

The package could benefit from several other of the binaries built with the
port already.

The attached patch adds these. It also streamlines the installation of these
binaries and renames the "test" target into "do-test" in accordance with the
recent changes to bsd.ports.mk

A PORTREVISION bump is in order too -- unless the change is committed together
with the next PORTVERSION.
