I can not send email with attachment anymore.
Sending mail without attachments goes fine.

I get the following error:
Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP)
mail.domain_name.com.ua failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing
Outgoing server (SMTP) connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server
(SMTP) settings are correct and try again.
