FreeBSD Port: www/seamonkey2-i18n

Hi,

I've installed |www/seamonkey2-i18n port and even though installation 
finished successfully there are 2 issues:

1) Preferences -> Appearance -> User Interface Language show English 
(United States) only.

2) |www/xpi-quick-locale-switcher 
<http://www.freshports.org/www/xpi-quick-locale-switcher/> was installed 
as a dependency but Tools -> Add-on Manager -> Extensions show Quick 
Locale Switcher 1.6.10: Not compatible with SeaMonkey 2.0.1

Why is that so ?  Can it be fixed (preferably via ports) ?
