Speed up "zpool import" in the presence of many zvols

Please test this patch.  Apply the patch, the build and install libzfs.  No
need to build the kernel or the zpool command, nor any need to reboot.  Then
time "zpool import nonexistent_pool_name" with vfs.zfs.vol.recursive set to
both 0 and 1.
