Is LZ4 compression of the ZFS L2ARC available in any RELEASE/STABLE?

It is the actual block size used except for tail blocks (i.e. end of 
file) and is the block size before any compression is applied.  When 
compression is enabled, the actual block written to disk is hopefully 
smaller.
