Port NetBSD's UDF implementation

Very cool Oleksandr... soon hopefully we can finally
read, and create for writing,  UDF filesystems.
I could not even mount them today.

You may also like to say hi to a guy named Bryan who also
claimed to be working on UDF a year ago, and is bcc'd on
this as he said hi off list.

Someone also told me about sysutils/udfclient.
