I still get 'ranlib' errors (see comment 6).  But I see why exp-run did not
notice it last time.  When ranlib fails, it still exits with 0, so make does
not notice the failure (could be considered a ranlib bug I suppose).

In any case, the fix is still the same I think - get rid of 'cd ' in the sed
substitutions in post-build.  For example,

s|SRC|BLAS/SRC|
