kernel panic on CURRENT

Hi

after removing firewire from kernel and using it as module i receive
kernel panic in BUS reset.
how to reproduce:
# kldload firewire.ko

commenting out code

if (!kdb_active)
    taskqueue_enqueue(sc->fc.taskqueue, &sc->fwohci_task_busreset);
-- cut --
in function
static void fwohci_intr_core
preverts kernel panic, but I'm sure it's not a solution.
