vtnet vs em in virtualbox

Hi all,
	I noticed recently in RELENG_11 some not so good performance on VMs
using the vtnet driver.  For example on a bridged interface to an epair
nic on the hypervisor, em gets 1.2Gb vs not much more than 250Mb on the
vtnet driver.  Any ideas what might be going on ?
