Flash player seems to work fine with linux_base-c7 after setting 

DEFAULT_VERSIONS+=linux=c7_64

in make.conf and building from source (tested on NOAA weather site), but
running "pkg upgrade" removes all the -c7 packages and replaces them with -c6
packages.
