Error running VirtualBox 4.3.20_4 on PC-BSD 10.0

Hi,

I installed VirtualBox 4.3.20_4 using AppCafe on PC-BSD 10.0, but can't
launch it.

VirtualBox: Tip! It may help to reinstall VirtualBox.

Reinstall did not help,  nor did trying to run it as root.

Any ideas?
