You need to install virtualbox-ose on the Host and virtualbox-ose-additions
inside FreeBSD guests. Shared Folders work fine with Windows and Linux
guests but for FreeBSD guests there is no support yet. So you will need to
fall back to something like scp, samba, nfs, ...

The virtualbox-ose port has an VNC option which privides a VNC server per
VM that you can connect to.
