Linux Skype 4.0.0.8 on FreeBSD is works!

I think that this is a problem with linux alsa lib and potentially our
scheduler.  If there is a long pause between reading or writing an audio buffer,
then a stream gets stuck forever.
Unfortunately I never really did any useful work on this issue:
