Linux Skype 4.0.0.8 on FreeBSD is works!

I just committed the new header to -current. If someone would be so
nice to remind me to MFC it after the new release of FreeBSD 9 is
cut... (if desired)

The audio part could be a fallout of this, but someone would have to
check the linux ioctls what this is to be sure.
