Hm... Something is really strange here. May be it's a language
barrier. I'll try to rephrase.

As you know there is a vulnerable package at linux-f10-pango
port. In order to upgrade the port to non-vulnerable version
we need a new non-vulnerable binary package for linux Fedora
10. If you know one, please give an URL.
