patch  to your keymap.c file than my previous one
- correcting two trivial typos
- adding the possibility to use keymaps such as fr.iso.acc.kbd which have
lines not handled by the existing code
- adding the handling of numerical fields in keymaps files allowing some
special or accented characters to be recognized (for example in fr.iso.kbd)
