virtualbox-3.0.51r22226 still panic'ing

Is this while loading the kernel module?  I am not having problems with 
this version on i386 or amd64 with 7-STABLE when loaded via 
/boot/loader.conf.  I remember having panics if attempting to load the 
module while the system was running, but I do not know if those have 
been fixed.
