The corresponding port would be linux-libGLU (linux-f8-libGLU for the f8
port in this case), if I see that right?

Qemu unfortunately does not support any hardware accelerated graphics
chipset and I do not have any box around on which I could install a
Linux system for testing. Does software 3D work as supposed or isn't
that even supported?
