updated linuxolator-p4 diff

Hi,

I updated the p4 diff to the current stuff. See the wiki for the URL.
Tests of the amd64 stuff would be very nice (specially the TLS stuff,
on UP and SMP). Some real world tests like linux-firefox, skype,
acroread and realplayer would be very very very nice.
