No. Anybody may consider taking care of the port. But so far (pay
attantion to the expiration date):

$ cd /usr/ports/devel/linux_devtools
$ make -V MAINTAINER -V DEPRECATED -V EXPIRATION_DATE
freebsd-emulation at FreeBSD.org
the dependcy is deprecated, please use a linux_dist port instead
