QEMU cdrom option

Hi all,

I thought this issue was fixed a while back, but I can't get QEMU to
access my cd-rom drive, it will only use image files.

QEMU version 0.7.0 FreeBSD 5.4

%qemu -no-kqemu -enable-audio -hda dosbox.qcow -cdrom /dev/cd0
qemu: could not open hard disk image 'dev/cd0'
