Preliminary SSL patch

Pull down the appropriate version of netty-tcnative and build the native
library for FreeBSD then insert it into the netty-tcnative jar that ships with
logstash.

This needs some clean up before it could be committed, but the bigger question
is whether it works or not.  Logstash starts for me but I don't have a set up
to test the use of SSL.

Please give it a try and report results.
