ElasticHQ -- new port needing testers

Hi all,

I've made a Review for the changes required for us to port ElasticHQ. I've already committed the other dependencies. Please let me know how this works for you. I'm running into a runtime error where it won't connect to my cluster, but I suspect that could be something unique in my jail environment(s).
