I have run into this building perl5.32 and tcl86 in poudriere. tcl86 reports
the fail as a syntax error.

Both perl5.32 and tcl86 build on the host but fail in a matching poudriere
jail.


host stable/13 e284a6234ffb - both build from ports

jail stable/13 e284a6234 - both fail
jail 13.0 release - both fail
jail 12.2 - both build
