Postgresql support broken

Hi guys,
I posted to freebsd-questions@ with the pgsql port maintainers team CC'd 
a couple of weeks ago regarding either not being able to build 
postgresql (9.1) or the provider not showing up (-current).
It seems to affect, Postgresql 9.x (inc 9.3, not tried 8.x), I intend to 
spend some time this weekend gathering enough info to file a bug report.

Anyone aware of the issue already & able to provide some insight?
