Heh, then you want my 6-STABLE version of Soren's SiI3132 support w/ port
multipliers but without NCQ and the rest of that fancy stuff. It's probably
slow w/ 5 drives, but it doesn't seem to crash.
In -CURRENT, it should just be printing that port multipliers are not
supported; can you provide some verbose boot log?
