problem with rl network card

Hello :),

 I have one new pci network card :) but it does not want to work with my bsd
box so this is the results:

The result:

>pciconf -l -v

  class    = network

    subclass = ethernet

    subclass = ethernet

Is there anybody that have idea how I can use this network card under
freebsd……
