If you did 822 folding on References: in the mail web archive... then on
tablets, the text at 80 char folding in the body would be readable.

In chrome on Android 10 tablet, the References: header line forces display
width up, and tickles "make font small"

All it needs, is some logic to fold before 80 with the rfc822 header
respecting 6 space indent before continuing, so the folded header is
properly preserved across cut paste or download as plainest
