Well, most builtins don't have corresponding standalone binaries (to large
extent because they need to modify the state of the running shell).
But, kill(1) has a manpage as a standalone utility, as does login(1), time(1),
etc.
I do use basically the same workflow (though I tend to use sh.1 instead of
bash.1), but I'm not sure there's a great option here that maintains the
technical accuracy.
