Requesting a doc commit bit for Mateusz Piotrowski

Dear DocEng Team,

I would like to propose Mateusz Piotrowski (0mp@) for a documentation
commit bit, with me has his mentor. He has already made the following
doc commits with approval from doc committers:

Mateusz is interested in various parts of the doc tree and would be a
valuable help for us.

I released one of my mentees, Sevan Janiyan, a few minutes ago and feel
capable enough to mentor Matheusz alone since we're both in the same
timezone. However, if you think that a co-mentor is appropriate, I'll
accept that, too.
