Link to Obsolete Mailing List On the "Contributing to FreeBSD" Article

Hi,

On the article "Contributing to FreeBSD", there is a link to the cvs-ports
mailing list. That mailing list has been marked obsolete. In the context of
that article, what would be the right mailing list for today? Would the
correct mailing list be svn-ports-all or could it be svn-ports-head?
