fsck_ffs(8) - Add History

fsck appeard in 4.0BSD according to the CSRG archive. Note the change of name
in FreeBSD 5 to fsck_ffs.
Separate out sentence as advised by igor.
Bump date.

Not sure which macros I should be using (if at all) for the utility names in
the history section in this case.
