v8 not Plan 9

Attached patch replaces references to Plan 9 with AT&T Research UNIX v8.
AT&T Research UNIX v8 is referenced verbatim as the At macro only recognises
versions 1 to 7 as an option & mandoc reports a warning if v8 is specified.
