Update to users group (via newbie guide)

Hi,

https://www.freebsd.org/projects/newbies.html pointed me to user groups
at https://www.freebsd.org/usergroups.html which led to the group I
attend: BAFUG which is spelled wrong: Bay Area BSD Users Group (BABUG)

It should be: Bay Area FreeBSD Users Group (BAFUG).

Also, details are wrong. It's usually been held in southbay now. And
webmaster address also seems outdated. Now the group us run/managed via
meetup.com.
